Stepping into the new year, we can't help but relish the incredible moments that 2023 unfolded for us. As everyone settles back into the rhythm of daily routines, we seize this moment to remind you (and ourselves) how the past 12 months impacted our growth. A lot has happened, and we have pictures to prove it!

🙌 Getting together in person
While the beginning of the year was business as usual, with everyone operating solo from their remote working stations, we were all looking forward to the first 2023 6Minded meet-up. In May, we explored the fun side of the capital city of Warsaw, bonding over riveting minigolf sessions, scrumptious food, and kaleidoscopic mocktails.
Our second team party brought us to the rural area of Zawiercie, a town in Southern Poland, where we were treated to a few days of blissful relaxation and team-building activities amidst the scenic sightseeing spots. One of the trip's highlights was the exploration of the local brewery, where we sampled a selection of the area’s finest beers.
⭐ Welcoming new talent
Five amazing people joined the 6Minded team this past year, bringing a unique set of skills and expertise that has significantly contributed to the diverse tapestry of our team.
With her keen eye for detail and strategic mindset, Magda, our new Project Manager, oversees our projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations. Michał took over the process optimization, streamlining workflows, and simplifying our day-to-day activities.
The Design and development team expanded with an additional experienced developer. Artur keeps a hand on our clients’ websites, utilizing his expertise to transform eye-pleasing designs into fully functional, performant web pages.
Our CRM team got more efficient as we greeted two specialists – Kasia and Bartek. Their CRM proficiency and understanding of HubSpot tools and features allow us to customize and optimize clients’ systems, unlocking data-driven decision-making in sales and marketing teams.

2023 proved to be a year of exciting adventures and global outreach. Our explorations led us across borders to the vibrancy of diverse cities worldwide and provided unique opportunities to connect with audiences around the globe.
We had a chance to showcase our services during the Web Summit, B2B Marketing Expo, and IoT Tech Expo. The global stage has become not just a platform for promotion but a dynamic arena where we continuously learn, evolve, and contribute to the ever-evolving landscape of our sales and marketing automation and optimization industry.
